| Summary, etc. | Dans la première partie de cet exposé, ici très abrégée, on a vu comment au cours des années trente Jung a pu traverser les acquis de sa psychologie analytique pour laisser libre cours à son intelligence immédiate des événements de l’époque, et comment la crise de 1944 l’a amené à relancer son œuvre à partir de ses analyses de l’alchimie. La seconde partie met en évidence ses positions et ses actions face à l’Allemagne nazie, et aussi ses écarts de propos quant à la démocratie et la « psychologie des peuples ». Il en ressort qu’entre l’idéologie nazie, qui tend à s’ériger en mythe, et la psychologie analytique l’incompatibilité est radicale. |

| Summary, etc. | In the first part of this greatly abridged article, we saw how Jung was able to integrate the teachings of his analytic psychology in the 19trentes to allow free rein to his immediate grasp of the events of the time. The crisis of 1944 led him to give a fresh start to his work based on his analyses of alchemy. The second part of the article points out his words and deeds in relation to Nazi Germany, including his rash statements regarding democracy and “the psychology of nations”. It becomes obvious that a basic incompatibility exists between Nazi ideology, which tends to edify itself as a myth, and analytic psychology. |
