| Summary, etc. | Comme il est toujours difficile de se séparer, et pour certains encore plus que pour d’autres, les auteurs explorent les conditions et les processus de la séparation promise dès l’arrivée des patients en clinique psychiatrique privée pour adultes afin que la séparation ne vienne pas faire de nouveau traumatisme. À travers des vignettes cliniques, sont ainsi abordées les questions de transfert et de dépendance, qui passent par une certaine forme de présence du thérapeute. De même, est évoquée la façon dont il est possible d’accompagner la construction du projet de sortie. Enfin, est investiguée l’importance du cadre, référé au transfert, permettant à la séparation d’intervenir et de trouver un sens, au-delà de l’inévitable douleur qu’elle peut produire. |

| Summary, etc. | The separation processes in institutions: from symbiosis to bondingAs it is always difficult to separate, and for some more than others, the authors explore the conditions and processes at work in the promised separation which exists as soon as patients arrive in a private adult psychiatric clinic, so that this separation does not create another trauma. Through various clinical examples, the transference and dependency matters, which come along through the therapist’s presence, are brought up. The way in which the construction of the discharge project is cared for is also of interest in this article. At last, the importance of the setting is examined, in reference to transference, in order for the separation to take place and make sense, beyond the inevitable pain it can produce. |
