Prises par l’urgence, nos institutions de soins ont souvent délaissé les espaces d’élaborations collectives permettant l’appropriation subjective de la violence provoquée par cette situation exceptionnelle. À partir de ses observations, l’auteur propose de penser le vécu des soignants en mettant en lumière la fragilisation des identifications professionnelles et des alliances groupales. |
