Cet article décrit un triptyque thérapeutique groupal visant à favoriser l’investissement des soins par le patient et pensé spécifiquement pour soutenir son processus d’autonomisation, processus qui trouve son expression institutionnelle dans le passage de l’hospitalisation vers un suivi ambulatoire.

This article describes a triptych therapeutic group which aims to bolster patient involvement in care and is designed specifically to support the process of empowerment institutionally reflected in the transition from in- to out-patient care.
