| Summary, etc. | Est proposée une réflexion sur les fonctions de l’hospitalisation après un geste suicidaire et, en particulier, le travail psychologique, à l’appui de l’exemple d’une adolescente de 11 ans tourmentée par les changements qu’elle commence à ressentir, et dont l’acte suicidaire est déclenché par la résurgence du souvenir de décès dans l’après-coup, la mort s’imposant soudainement de manière traumatique. Le dispositif s’étend à un suivi post-hospitalier et la comparaison de deux bilans projectifs afin d’observer l’évolution du fonctionnement psychique, et de favoriser une prévention et l’adhésion aux soins. Ainsi, chez l’adolescente dont il est ici question, l’expression de la conflictualité apparaît plus aisée un an plus tard, amorçant une possibilité de se séparer et de se subjectiver. |
