| Summary, etc. | La première vague de la pandémie Covid-19 a modifié les pratiques du soin psychique, leurs cadres-dispositifs et les modalités de poursuite du lien engagé avec les patients. Dans le cadre de suivi d’une adolescente au sein d’un centre d’accueil thérapeutique à temps partiel ( cattp), l’auteur dépliera le passage et les remaniements nécessaires de l’espace institutionnel et groupal à un temps individuel à distance contraint par les mesures de confinement. Le prolongement de la thérapie à partir d’une création conjointe patiente-soignant par le biais de l’objet médiateur qu’est le téléphone permettra une mobilisation psychique de l’adolescente, un accès par le sensoriel à son vécu émotionnel et sa possible transformation-élaboration par un retour en présence, l’expression d’une souffrance retrouvant un lieu au risque de s’y déposer. |
