Sa fréquence, en constante augmentation, pose différentes questions : quel est le rôle des facteurs extérieurs comme la société, la famille, ou l’école ? Mais surtout quels sens donner à ce « scandale doublé d’une énigme », qui vise à rompre les liens de façon dramatique avec l’entourage, en miroir d’une difficulté à remodeler le lien avec les objets internes du sujet ? La réponse soignante se doit d’assumer l’urgence mais aussi d’être prudente et plurielle. La question de la séparation à l’adolescence croisera celle de l’attaque du corps propre et du meurtre en soi des objets intériorisés. Le soin se situe à l’endroit précis d’une tentative de métamorphose de soi et de son environnement au-delà du geste suicidaire. |
