Summary, etc. | « Ne rien dire que nous n’ayons fait » (Oury, 1967), tel est le mot d’ordre toujours actuel pour nous, instituteurs de classes primaires, engagés dans une pratique de la pédagogie institutionnelle. La monographie, « sans doute le seul langage possible en pédagogie » (Oury, 1979, p. 39) comme l’aurait dit J. Lacan à F. Oury, permet de parler de notre pratique, de notre quotidienneté. La monographie n’est pas une illustration d’une théorie de la pédagogie institutionnelle, mais la continuation d’un travail de théorisation. Dans la classe coopérative institutionnalisée, le Conseil a une place centrale. Pour en présenter ses fonctions, Fernand Oury avait même osé une métaphore saisissante : œil, cerveau, cœur, rein du groupe (Vasquez et Oury, 1967). Ce texte est une monographie d’un Conseil mené dans une classe de cycle 3 dans lequel les élèves concrétisent des projets, règlent des différends, interpellent le maître. |

Summary, etc. | The motto “not to talk about what we didn’t do” (Oury, 1967) is still topical for primary school teachers involved in the practise of institutional pedagogy. The monograph, which is “no doubt the only possible language in pedagogy”, as J. Lacan phrased it to F. Oury, allows us to talk about our practise, our everyday life. A monograph is not an illustrative example of a theory of institutional pedagogy, it is the continuation of theorising work. In an institutionalized cooperative class, the Council is central. To present its functions, Fernand Oury had even dared this striking metaphor: it is the group’s eye, brain, heart and kidney (Vasquez & Oury, 1967). This text is the monograph of a Council conducted in a class of the 3rd to 5th years during which the pupils realise projects, settle disputes and question the teacher. |
