| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’auteur compare tout d’abord au point de vue de la recherche, de la formation et de la pratique psychanalytiques les avantages et les inconvénients de deux types d’institutions psychanalytiques. Les premières ont pour socle le transfert sur un Maître occupant une place d’exception, les secondes ont adopté un fonctionnement plus démocratique. Cohésion, facilités des décisions, liberté de parole et de pensée, abord critique et religieux de la théorie, créativité, identification au Maître, allègement de la névrose de transfert sont ainsi passés en revue. Dans un second temps, tirant les conclusions du premier temps, il indique quelques caractéristiques d’un fonctionnement souhaitable d’une institution psychanalytique. |

| Summary, etc. | The author first compares with regard to psychoanalytical research, training and practice, the advantages and disadvantages of two types of psychoanalytical institutions.The first ones are based on the transfer onto a Master holding an exceptional position, and the second ones have adopted a more democratic functioning. Cohesion, easiness of decision making, freedom of speech and of thought, critical and religious approach of theory, creativity, identification with the Master, relief of transfer neurosis, all these are being reviewed. Having drawn the conclusions of a first phase, he subsequently points out some characteristics of a desirable functioning of a psychoanalytical institution. |
