| Summary, etc. | L’auteur envisage la perversion analytique comme une inversion de la dynamique transférentielle au détriment du patient, celui-ci étant inconsciemment utilisé par l’analyste pour soigner ses propres blessures narcissiques négligées. La perversion, inhérente à la relation analytique, y est activée lorsque les failles narcissiques des patients confrontent l’analyste à des blessures semblables non élaborées. Il semblerait que l’analyste ait à travailler à la reconnaissance des complexes représentés dans le mythe par les destins conjoints de Narcisse et d’Écho, ce qui lui permettrait de résister à l’identification inconsciente aux complexes ou aux défenses de ses patients et de demeurer attentif à ses propres fragilités et à ses besoins. |

| Summary, etc. | The author considers analytic perversion as an inversion of the transference dynamic to the detriment of the patient, in which he or she is unconsciously used by the analyst to assuage the analyst’s neglected narcissistic wounds. Perversion, which is inherent to the analytical relationship, is activated when the narcissistic flaws of the patient force the analyst to confront similar, unelaborated flaws within himself. Were the analyst to work on the recognition of complexes represented in the myth of Narcissus and Echo, he might be able to resist unconscious identification with his patients’ complexes or defense mechanisms and remain attentive to his own weaknesses and needs. |
