| Summary, etc. | L’auteur s’efforce de rendre compte de la genèse du dispositif de travail analytique à plusieurs adopté par l’hôpital de jour du Cerep-Montsouris à partir des années 1970. Il s’agit d’adolescents souffrant de troubles graves de la subjectivation (délire, pathologie du comportement) mais non déficitaires. C’est tout d’abord l’expérience du psychodrame psychanalytique, puis du travail de synthèse en équipe, qui a ouvert la voie d’un travail coordonné de façon à permettre la saisie de phénomènes de transferts diffractés sur plusieurs professionnels de l’équipe autour de chacun de ces adolescents. Cela mena aussi logiquement à considérer que les soignants directement impliqués sur ce mode étaient les mieux placés pour mener à bien le travail avec sa famille. |

| Summary, etc. | The author presents an operative system of a collective psychoanalytical work that was adopted in the daycare hospital Cerep-Montsouris in the seventies. The adolescents concerned by this measure suffer from severe, but not deficient, subjectivation disorders (delirium, behavioral disorders). Our experience of psychoanalytic psychodrama, and then of clinical teamwork, allowed us to catch the phenomenon of diffracted transferences onto several caregivers around each teenager. This led us to consider that the team members directly concerned by these psychological movements were the most appropriate to perform the therapy with his/her family. |
