| Summary, etc. | L’auteur tente de saisir les enjeux du discours LGBTQIA+ au sein de la problématique transidentitaire chez les adolescents. Face à la conviction de certains adolescents de ne pas être dans le bon corps, et la demande de transition qui en découle, les institutions doivent s’adapter tant sur le plan de l’éthique que sur l’innovation des dispositifs d’accompagnements. À travers la demande de transition de P., adolescente de 15 ans, l’auteur questionne en quoi cette demande peut amener le soignant à une place de supposé pouvoir, éloignée de son positionnement originaire. Ce décalage empêcherait la rencontre intime de l’adolescent avec sa dysphorie et lui limiterait l’accès à une part insue de lui-même. Cette bascule dans le positionnement est signifiée aussi dans le discours de la société et dans les institutions par la création de parcours de soins où s’organise la position de spécialiste et de programmateur en santé mentale, en dépit d’une prudence et d’une approche clinique psychanalytique de la transidentité. |

From the conviction of some adolescents feeling like not in the right body, and the resulting demand for transition, institutions must adapt both in terms of ethics and the innovation of support systems. Through the transition request of R., a fifteen-year-old teenager, the author questions how this request can bring the caregiver in a place of supposed power, far from his original position. This discrepancy would prevent the adolescent’s intimate encounter with his dysphoria and would limit his access to an unknown part of himself. This shift in positioning is also signified in the discourse of society and in institutions. The creation of care pathways where the position of specialist and programmer in mental health is organized, despite psychoanalytical clinical approach to transidentity. Therefore, it conduct an important shift in the discourse of the society and careds institutions. |
