| Summary, etc. | À partir d’un exemple de direction d’un service d’archives, l’article démontre comment les questions archivistiques se sont imposées à la gouvernance des systèmes d’information, la seule voie choisie dans un premier temps par les autorités du canton de Vaud. Le dialogue entre les conjonctures institutionnelles, professionnelles et informationnelles, dans une période de difficultés financières et d’évolution rapide du métier d’archiviste et des nouvelles technologies, met en rapport leur interdépendance et leur interaction. Parallèlement, on assiste à la lente maturation des concepts, la gouvernance informationnelle émergeant dès 2010, la plus-value des apports des archives étant reconnue plus tardivement. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on an example of the management of an Archives, the article shows how archival matters have imposed themselves on the governance of information systems, the only path initially chosen by the authorities of the Canton of Vaud. The dialogue between the institutional, professional and informational conjunctures, in a period of financial difficulties and rapid evolution of the archivist’s profession and new technologies, brings together their interdependence and their interaction. At the same time, concepts are slowly maturing, with information governance emerging as early as 2010, with the added value of the records/archives being recognized later. |
