| Summary, etc. | L’intervention auprès d’équipes instituées, dans des contextes de changements ou de crise, nous confronte à l’intergénérationnel autour des différentes générations mais aussi au transgénérationnel au travers d’événements traumatiques qui n’ont pas été élaborés. Les équipes se trouvent prises dans des répétitions, un mal être et dans une impossibilité à changer. Au travers d’une situation d’intervention, nous évoquerons les apports de Jean Claude Rouchy et de Monique Soula Desroche, s’inspirant des théories de Nicolas Abraham et de Maria Torok, à la clinique de l’intervention, en particulier autour des questions relevant de l’inter- et du transgénérationnel. |

| Summary, etc. | Events “passed oved in silence” in institutions: on the inter- and transgenerational in psychosociological interventionsIntervention on behalf of established teams, in contexts of change and crisis, faces us with intergenerational issues in respect of different generations but also with transgenerational issues through traumatic events that have not been elaborated. Teams find that they are caught up in repetitions, a sense if being ill-at-ease, and an impossibility of changing. Through a situation of intervention, we evoke the contributions of Jean Claude Rouchy and Monique Soula Desroche, who both drew inspiration from the theories of Nicolas Abraha and Maria Torok, to the clinical approach to intervention, in particular around questions pertaining to inter- and transgenerational issues. |
