| Summary, etc. | RésuméAu-delà de la thèse classique sur l’effondrement du sujet dans le passage à l’acte psychotique, notre article met en évidence l’importance de l’histoire récente avec laquelle le sujet se débat. Cette histoire qui se structure autour d’un problème indiqué par la présence de l’angoisse ne fait pas seulement que donner sens à l’acte, mais elle participe à son déclenchement. Après qu’il ait cherché différentes solutions alternatives avec l’aide de son milieu, il développera un délire une fois qu’il ne trouvera plus d’intermédiaires pour adresser son problème au père. C’est dans un délire surdéterminé par l’histoire qui le précède qu’il trouvera dans un animal l’autorisation pour littéralement exploser jusqu’à en perdre connaissance. Cet article, par une méthodologie qualitative originale, éclaire sous un nouveau jour le passage à l’acte psychotique. |

| Summary, etc. | A singular course toward acting out: supplication, delirium and outbreakBeyond the classical theory on a subject’s collapse during the transition to a psychotic act, our paper highlights the importance of the recent history the subject is struggling with. This history, structured around a problem indicated by the presence of anxiety, does not only give meaning to the act, but also contributes to its outbreak. After the subject has sought a variety of alternative solutions within his own environment, delirium will occur once he is unable to find any more intermediaries to address his problem to the father. Then, in a state of delirium, overwhelmed by recent events, he will be given permission by an animal to explode until he loses consciousness. Through an original qualitative methodology, this paper sheds new light on the transition to the psychotic act. |
