| Summary, etc. | La recherche présentée tente de contribuer à la création d’une clinique interculturelle qui trace son chemin entre ce que l’on appelle, en sciences psychologiques, la thérapie systémique et ce que l’on nomme, dans l’univers des soins en Bolivie, la médecine spirituelle ancestrale. Dans un tel dispositif interculturel, les deux approches opèrent chacune en suivant leurs logiques et pratiques culturelles respectives mais elles peuvent intervenir l’une et l’autre dans une même situation, autour d’un même cas, si la famille l’accepte. Ce processus d’articulation exige un respect de la cohérence de l’autre. Il a impliqué que nous découvrions le contexte de la médecine spirituelle ancestrale de la culture Aymara, essentiellement grâce aux amawt’as, guides spirituels et responsables des rituels publics et communautaires Il s’est agi de mettre à l’épreuve cet abord clinique interculturel dans des situations concrètes d’abus sexuel contre des enfants et des adolescents. Nous illustrons ce processus au travers d’un cas d’abus sexuel intrafamilial contre une adolescente. L’enjeu de la démarche suivie est triple : clinique, épistémologique et politique. Dans le champ des sciences humaines cliniques, un défi majeur est celui d’une construction des savoirs qui ne soit ni extérieure aux humains concernés et à leurs souffrances, ni univoque culturellement, ni fondée sur un rapport social de pouvoir. |

| Summary, etc. | The research presented seeks to contribute to the creation of an intercultural clinic finding its way between what, in psychological sciences, is called systemic therapy and what, in the Bolivian universe of care, is called ancestral spiritual medicine. In such an intercultural facility, the two approaches each operate in following their respective logics and cultural practices but they may both intervene in the same situation, concerning the same case, if the family accepts it. This process of inter-relationship requires respect for the coherence of the other, which has implied our discovering the context of the ancestral spiritual medicine of the Aymara culture, primarily thanks to the amawt’as, spiritual guides responsible for public and community rituals. This has involved testing the intercultural clinical access in concrete situations of sexual abuse against children and teenagers. We illustrate this process through a case of intra-family sexual abuse against an adolescent. What is at stake in the approach is triple: clinical, epistemological and political. In the field of clinical human sciences, a major challenge is that of constructing knowledge skills which are neither external to the humans concerned and their sufferings, nor culturally univocal, nor founded on social power relations. |
