| Summary, etc. | RésuméAu travers d'une conception psychanalytique du désir et de la dépression (Freud, Lacan, Bowlby...) nous essayons de démontrer que la dépression pathologique est la vérité inversée du désir. Ainsi, il nous semble que le mouvement du désir signe la réussite du deuil alors que la dépression pathologique témoigne de son échec. Tout deuil est un processus collectif qui suppose une élaboration, elle aussi, collective pour le clôturer par le meurtre psychique de l'objet. Toutes ces conceptions sont articulées à des exemples cliniques, notamment le récit d'une « cure familiale ». |

| Summary, etc. | By way of a psychoanalytic conception of desire and of depression (Freud, Lacan, Bowlby...) we attempt to demonstrate that pathological depression is the reversed truth of desire. Moreover, it appears that the movement of desire signals the resolution of mourning, whereas pathological depression is evidence of its failure. All mourning is a collective process. It presupposes an elaboration that too collective, and that will lead to its closure through the psychic murder of the object. All these notions have been articulated in clinical examples, notably in accounts of “family cure”. |
