| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de l’empêchement d’accès aux soins psychiques des populations trans’, malgré la constatation d’une importante détresse psychique. Il s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une recherche doctorale en psychologie clinique et vise à favoriser la parole subjective des personnes concernées afin de comprendre leurs trajectoires de soins psychiques. Cette recherche inductive, exploratoire et complémentariste s’appuie sur la méthode de l’analyse par théorisation ancrée. Une collaboration avec le milieu médical, psychiatrique et associatif, favorise le recueil d’un matériel diversifié. Nous présentons, ici, nos premières pistes de théorisation, issues de nos premiers résultats et d’observations cliniques et de recherche auprès de 10 sujets. |

| Summary, etc. | This article deals with the transgender population’s inability to access psychological care, despite the observation of significant mental distress within this population. It is part of a doctoral study in clinical psychology and aims to promote their subjective speech in order to understand how their psychological care trajectories are shaped. This exploratory, inductive, and complementary study uses Grounded Theory to analyze data. Through its collaboration with the medical, psychiatric, and activist fields, it collects a diverse range of material. Through this article, we present our first results and theorization ideas, based on clinical observations and research. |
