| Summary, etc. | Malgré sa révolution conceptuelle de 1920, Freud garde pour référence le modèle du rêve réalisation d’un désir inconscient refoulé renvoyant à la sexualité. Or, outre ces rêves et les rêves traumatiques, marqués par une répétition stérile, une autre modalité onirique imputable au Moi inconscient élaboratif, doit être prise en compte. Sa fonction, comme l’indique Bion (1962), est d’élaborer l’expérience émotionnelle actuelle. J’en donne un exemple, portant sur trois axes essentiels : le rapport à l’objet, les répercussions psychiques et les pulsions éveillées par la situation. En raison d’un clivage Moi inconscient/préconscient, ces rêves, pourtant explicites, restent souvent opaques à la compréhension du patient. |

| Summary, etc. | Despite his conceptual revolution of 1920, Freud maintains the reference to the model of the dream as being the fullfilment of an unconscious repressed wish connected to sexuality. Nevertheless this type of dreams and the traumatical ones, presenting a sterile repetition, another modality of dreaming expressing the working of the “elaborative unconscious Ego”, must be considered. Its function, as indicated by Bion (1962), is to elaborate the present emotional experience. An example is given. It has three main axis : the relation to the object, the psychic consequences, the instincts awakened by the situation. Due to a splitting of the Unconscious/Preconscious Ego, those dreams, although they are explicit, remain often unvisible to the patient’s understanding. |
