520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Abstract Software as Subject and Object of StandardizationInformation processing is concerned with the growth of norms the organizations in two ways : on the one hand, more and more industrialized techniques and standardized languages are used to put software into practice ; on the other hand, using computer programs leads to the standardization and the control of source information and the resulting information of these programs. The article suggests an analysis of both phenomena with the aim of distinguishing them from one another. It shows that a semiotic theory of representation permits an account for standardized notations as well as a shared and normative vision of the future information system to be built. |
