| Summary, etc. | Not another dossier on the web 2.0 ! No, this is not yet one more list of tools and practices that this concept which emerged in 2004 quickly put into the spotlight, to the point where 2.0 has become synonymous with “trendy”... Looking beyond the sequins, the web 2.0 turns out to be more complex, indeed more surprising than at first glance. Content elabloration and validation, the predominant position of access, external memory, convergence of the social and semantic webs, remodeling cognitive processes: the web 2.0 has forced us to revisit or get acquainted with these notions that are fundamental for information professionals. The vast majority have taken over this phenomenon and describe their experience with these tools and practices as well as changes in their relationships with end-users. Our dossier emerged from this spirit of questioning and sketches of scenarios. |

| Summary, etc. | Resumen¿Porqué dedicar un dossier a este tema tan discutido como es la Web 2.0? No se trata de hacer un mero inventario de herramientas y usos sobre este concepto, creado en 2004, que se ha popularizado muy rápidamente, a tal punto que hoy en día el vocablo 2.0 se ha convertido en sinónimo de «tendencia»... Pero más allá de las lentejuelas, el alcance de la Web 2.0 es más complejo y bastante más sorprendente de lo que pueda parecer a primera vista. La génesis y validación de los contenidos, la predominancia del acceso, la externalización de la memoria, la convergencia de la Web social y de la Web semántica, la remodelación de los procesos cognitivos: tantas nociones reinterpretadas o iniciadas por la Web 2.0 y que son fundamentales para los profesionales de la información. Estos se han apropiado mayoritariamente del fenómeno y muestran aquí su experiencia de las herramientas, usos y la transformación de la relación con los usuarios. Este tipo de cuestionamientos y esquemas de los distintos escenarios constituyen el marco de este dossier. |

Es handelt sich nicht darum, eine x-te Beschreibung der Tools und Nutzung dieses Konzepts durchzuführen – eines Konzepts, das 2004 eingeführt wurde, schnell ins Rampenlicht trat, und so populär wurde, dass der Begriff 2.0 heute ein Synonym für « modisch » ist ... Doch jenseits des Glitzerns ist die Auswirkung des Web 2.0 komplexer und überraschender als es scheint. Entstehung und Validierung von Inhalten, Vorherrschaft des Zugangs, Auslagerung des Wissens, Zusammentreffen des sozialen Webs und des semantischen Webs, Umgestaltung der kognitiven Prozesse: Alle diese Begriffe wurden vom Web 2.0 neu überdacht oder eingeführt und sind von fundamentaler Bedeutung für Information Professionals. Die Mehrzahl hat sich das Phänomen angeeignet und berichtet hier über ihre Erfahrungen mit den Tools, den Nutzungen und der Umgestaltung der Beziehung zu den Nutzern. Dieses Dossier wurde im Hinblick auf diese Fragestellungen und skizzierte Szenarios erstellt. |
