Au nom des principes fondamentaux du droit international, le tribunal juge le processus décisionnel qui cache « le poignard de l'assassin sous la robe du juriste ». À cette occasion, le crime de génocide apparaît pour la première fois dans les motifs d'une décision à portée internationale. |

In the name of the fundamental principles of international law, the Tribunal judged the decision-making process that concealed « the dagger of the assassin beneath the robe of the jurist ». On this occasion, the crime of genocide appeared for the first time in the reasoning of a decision from international magnitude |
