| Summary, etc. | C’est en tant que « théorie pour l’action » que l’on se propose de présenter ici l’œuvre de Silvia Federici en s’intéressant notamment à la manière singulière dont elle l’a transmise, de multiples façons. On reviendra tout d’abord sur la naissance du mouvement international du « salaire au travail ménager » dans lequel s’est élaborée son approche féministe et sur les mobilisations du collectif new yorkais dans lequel elle l’a mise en pratique. On s’intéressera ensuite au prolongement paradoxal de cette conception subversive du salaire contre le capitalisme, la revendication du « Wages for » étant mobilisée aujourd’hui par de nombreux mouvements de « sans salaire », quand Silvia Federici propose une « politique des communs » pour se réapproprier le travail reproductif. En mettant la focale, à partir du travail reproductif, sur cette guerre capitaliste contre les femmes et ses modalités de résistance, c’est à une lecture matérialiste et collective du corps qu’elle nous invite également, parfois au-delà de ses propres positions. |

| Summary, etc. | The work of Silvia Federici is presented in this article through the prism of a “theory for action”, underlining how Federici has passed on her theorization in multiple ways. The article first analyzes the birth of the international movement “Wages for housework” in the context of which she established her feminist theorization, as well as the New York feminist collective in which Federici put in practice her theory. The article then traces the appropriations of her subversive conception of wages against capitalism in various contemporary mobilizations, at the same time when Federici herself is rather arguing for a politics of the commons in order to reclaim reproductive labor. Centering today her reflections on the role of reproductive work in the capitalist war against women, and how women can resist it, Federici proposes a collective and materialist conception of the body. This conception is today the object of theoretical and political debates, revealing Federici’s work’s continuing ability to inspire debates and action. |
