Summary, etc. | D ans cet article sera étudiée la relation entre le travail collectif des enseignants au sein de l’école primaire et leurs pratiques d’enseignement mises en œuvre en situation de classe. Plus précisément, nous étudierons les liens entre la participation (ou non) des enseignants de cours préparatoire à un dispositif pédagogique interclasses en lecture et leurs pratiques de découverte collective d’un texte effectuée en classe entière. Les résultats montrent que les enseignants qui participent, de manière hebdomadaire, à ce type de dispositif (comparés à ceux qui n’y participent pas) prennent différemment en charge l’hétérogénéité scolaire des élèves. La participation au dispositif interclasses favoriserait, chez l’enseignant, la construction et la mobilisation de savoirs professionnels particuliers relatifs à la prise en charge de la tâche d’enseignement en classe entière. |

Summary, etc. | To what extent the participation in an interclass pedagogical arrangement does change teaching practices in the whole class ? I n this paper, we study the relationship between the collective work of primary school teachers and their teaching practice in the classroom. More precisely, we study the relationship between teachers’participation (primary school) in an interclass pedagogical arrangement and their teaching practice in a context of first discovery of a text. The results show that the teachers who take part weekly in this kind of arrangement (compared to those who do not) inside their school face differently the heterogeneity of learners in the classroom. Their participation to multilevel pedagogical sets would benefit to construction and mobilization of professional knowledge by teachers concerning teaching in whole classroom. |
