Summary, etc. | En République tchèque comme en France, l’approche inclusive est étayée par la définition de besoins éducatifs particuliers. Cette nomenclature peine cependant à s’imposer tant elle est articulée aux troubles de la santé et spécialement de la santé mentale. De quelles évolutions sociohistoriques les orientations actuelles sont-elles tributaires ? Sur quelles logiques et classifications s’appuient-elles ? Quel est l’impact inclusif des approches réelles ? À partir de données ethnographiques, l’étude montre trois difficultés : le paradoxe de la reconnaissance des particularités, le flou des nomenclatures et leur étayage sur les troubles mentaux. Elle met en valeur l’accentuation de perspectives sanitaires, particulièrement en ce qui concerne le comportement ou les origines socioculturelles. La question de leur efficience en matière d’inclusion reste posée. Le souci louable mais parfois rhétorique de non-discrimination peut aboutir in fine à rabattre les conduites déviantes sur l’anormalité pathologique du trouble mental. |

Summary, etc. | In the Czech Republic as in France, inclusiveness is built upon the definition of special needs in education. But this definition has had difficulties in implanting itself because it is linked to health disruption and in particular to mental health disturbance. On what socio-historical evolutions do present developments depend? On what classifications and definitions do they rely? What are the impacts on inclusion of the practices really in effect? Using ethnographic data, this paper highlights three difficulties: the paradox of the recognition of singularities, the vagueness of classification schemes, and their dependence on mental health disturbances. It shows the accent put on health issues, in particular as regards behaviour or socio-cultural origins. The issue of their efficacy regarding inclusiveness stays open. The laudable but sometimes purely wishful concern for non-discrimination can in fine end up confusing deviant behaviour with the pathological abnormality of mental disturbance. |
