| Summary, etc. | Ce témoignage est celui d'un juriste praticien qui a choisi de consacrer la seconde partie de sa vie professionnelle à l'enseignement et la recherche ; il a été écrit il y a deux ans et demi et porte une appréciation sévère sur la force d'inertie des facultés de droit. Si son auteur convient de ce que depuis lors des signes d'une prise de conscience de cette situation peuvent être relevés, ils sont insuffisants car c'est à la fois la pédagogie, la gestion des ressources humaines, le statut des enseignants et l'organisation des facultés de droit qu'il faut repenser ensemble. Comparée aux chantiers ouverts pour la réforme de la Justice, et à la réflexion menée en son sein par l'institution judiciaire, la situation des facultés de droit apparaît encore verrouillée. |

| Summary, etc. | This testimony comes from a practising lawyer who has chosen to devote the second part of his career to teaching and research. It was written two and a half years ago and throws a harsh light on the sheer inertia of law faculties. Whilst the author admits that there have since been signs that people are becoming aware of this situation, they are still insufficient, for the teaching, human resources management, status of teachers and organisation of law faculties all have to be reviewed. Compared to the moves undertaken to reform Justice and to the efforts underway within the judicial institutions, the situation in the law faculties does not appear to have shifted in any way. |
