| Summary, etc. | Les procès climatiques se fondent souvent sur les Principes généraux, lesquels, de par leur nature vague, délèguent de facto la substance du droit de l'environnement au magistrat dont la parole devient alors quasi existentielle. Pareille gravité s'entend déjà dans « pollution » désignant, à l'origine, la profanation du sacré ; dans sa parole résonne alors toute une anthropologie des droits humains menacée par les « actions par omission » de l'homme lui-même. Elle ravive aussi le ressort sacré du politique : l'auto-fondation des institutions, à la J.-J. Rousseau. Mais l'entrée en Anthropocène l'oblige à reconfigurer la liberté. |

Such gravity is already understood in "pollution", which originally refers to the desecration of the sacred ; in its word then resonates an entire anthropology of human rights threatened by the "actions by omission" of the human being himself.
