Summary, etc. | Cet article rend compte d’une recherche exploratoire conduite par un collectif de formateurs souhaitant savoir comment mieux former les futurs professeurs des écoles à l’enseignement des activités physiques en maternelle. Elle s’inscrit dans le cadre de la didactique professionnelle. Elle s’attache à analyser l’activité de deux enseignantes expérimentées afin de mettre en évidence les schèmes mobilisés ou les formes organisées et stabilisées de leur activité. Chaque enseignante a été observée lors d’une séance de danse à l’issue de laquelle un entretien d’auto-confrontation a été mené. Les résultats rendent compte des buts et des principes tenus pour vrais qui orientent et guident leur activité dans quatre classes de situations. Ils permettent de mettre en évidence les savoirs et gestes professionnels prioritaires à s’approprier par les débutants et soulignent notamment l’importance : du langage corporel ; de l’implication physique ; des gestes d’attention ; et des gestes de gestion des transitions. |

Summary, etc. | This paper describes preliminary research conducted by a group of trainers who wanted to better train future primary school teachers in the teaching of physical activities to kindergarten pupils. It belongs to the field of professional didacticism. It focuses on analysing the activity of two experienced teachers in order to tease out the models they are dependent on, and/or the stable and organised aspects of their activity. Each teacher was observed during a dance session followed by a feed-back interview. The results indicate the objectives and principles held to be true that give direction and guidance to their activities in four types of situation. They enable the paper to highlight the knowledge and professional interventions that need to be prioritised for appropriation by beginners and stress the importance of among other things: body language; physical implication; indication of care and attention; interventions to manage transitions. |
