520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | This article proposes to analyse the trial of the 3 november 2015 terrorist attacks (V13) through a prism generally seen as dubious, both from the point of view of the sociology of law and from that of the sociology of violent engagement: that of emotion. In the trial arena, subjectivity and radicalness constitute one of the major implicit dialectics that characterise the perpetrators of the alleged crimes. And yet, the emotional colour of the discourse of defendants accused of acts of terrorism very quickly highlights the tropism involved. As the trial progresses, intimate judicial conversations start to arise which throw light on the emotional background to their path towards radicalisation. "Sensitive" declarations that also become a judicial resource allowing an emotional reclassification of the events. |
