Malgré les vraies avancées du paradigme dans lequel les familles sont des partenaires de l’accompagnement et de la prise en charge des enfants et de leurs aînés, les professionnels manquent encore de formation et de soutien dans cette démarche. Dans cet article nous avancerons des axes de réflexion et d’action pour penser l’accompagnement des familles avec plus d’aisance à travers l’activation de leurs compétences et celles des professionnels, un processus qui met en scène les ressources du système tout entier. |
