Summary, etc. | Ce texte relate l’expérience d’évolution professionnelle d’une art-thérapeute auprès d’une unité d’hospitalisation pour adolescents. Bouleversée par la situation institutionnelle de cette unité après la période de confinement liée à la pandémie de Covid-19, l’auteure questionne sa propre identité de soignante, son activité clinique et les conditions de travail en équipe. Des éléments du contexte économique et politique actuel sont évoqués afin d’analyser la situation de détresse vécue par les professionnels et les patients des institutions médico-sociales. Les notions de « suruniformisation des pratiques » et de « rentabilité » ont été proposées pour expliquer la difficulté à penser les soins avec créativité, liberté et humanisme. |

Summary, etc. | This text describes the experience of professional development of an art therapist in a hospitalization unit for adolescents. Disturbed by the institutional situation of this unit after the period of confinement due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the author questions her own identity as a caregiver, her clinical activity and the conditions of teamwork. Elements of the current economic and political context are evoked in order to analyze the situation of distress experienced by professionals and patients in medico-social institutions. The notions of “over-uniformity of practices” and “profitability” were proposed to explain the difficulty of thinking about the healthcare with creativity, freedom and humanism. |
