| Summary, etc. | Based on the clinical experience of violent adolescents in detention, this article sets out three metapsychological propositions to describe the particularities of psychic experience: – On a topical level, the clinic of violent (compulsive) acts manifests itself through the permutation of internal/external spaces and the transposition of subjective experience from the psychic to the somatic. – The visual field is an area for healing the subjective position crushed by trauma. In this way, the visual field serves as an identity screen to compensate for inoperative reflexivity. – The act of acting out is a scene of “self-subjective” construction attached to an unanticipated near-death experience. |

| Summary, etc. | C’est à partir de la clinique des adolescents violents rencontrés en détention que l’article propose de rassembler sous forme de trois propositions métapsychologiques les particularités de l’expérience psychique : – Sur le plan topique, la clinique des agirs violents (compulsifs) se manifeste par la permutation des espaces internes/externes et par la transposition du psychique au somatique de l’expérience subjective. – Le champ visuel est une aire de cicatrisation de la position subjective écrasée par traumatisme. L’aire visuelle servirait ainsi d’écran identitaire de suppléance à une réflexivité inopérante. – Le passage à l’acte est une scène de construction « auto-subjective » attachée à un vécu de mort imminente non anticipable. |
