| Summary, etc. | The author takes up the clinical case of Emma Eckstein, analysed by S. Freud probably between 1892 and 1897, following the thread of an article by B. Vichyn revisiting this clinical situation, in particular identifying additional clinical incisions in this case known above all for Freud’s theorisation of the aftermath. However, like other authors before him, Vichyn failed to note the adolescent characteristics of the case, which account for the hallucinatory fixity of object investment in adolescence, rendering the work of elaborating the adolescent process obsolete. This leads the author to hypothesise a pubertal psychosis against a background of early sexual trauma, that is repeated during childhood and adolescence. |

| Summary, etc. | L’auteur reprend le cas clinique d’Emma Eckstein, analysée par S. Freud probablement entre 1892 et 1897, en suivant le fil d’un article de B. Vichyn revisitant cette situation clinique, repérant notamment des incises cliniques supplémentaires à ce cas connu avant tout pour la théorisation de l’après-coup élaborée par S. Freud. Cependant, comme d’autres auteurs avant lui, Vichyn n’a pas relevé les caractéristiques adolescentes du cas, qui révèle la fixité hallucinatoire de l’investissement d’objet à l’adolescence, rendant caduque le travail d’élaboration du processus adolescent. Cela conduit l’auteur à faire l’hypothèse d’une psychose pubertaire sur fond de traumatisme sexuel précoce, redoublé pendant l’enfance puis l’adolescence. |
