| Summary, etc. | Les articles Fermiers et Grains que Quesnay publia dans l’ Encyclopédie ont souvent été considérés comme ayant un statut semblable dans son œuvre économique, annonçant d’ailleurs le Tableau œconomique. Nous montrons pourtant que l’adversaire du médecin de Mme de Pompadour change au cours de ses écrits. D’abord opposé à la police des grains d’Ancien Régime, dans une perspective similaire à celle de la science du commerce, Quesnay devient ensuite l’adversaire de cette dernière. Dans ces deux écrits, il propose en outre une police plus qu’un système. |

| Summary, etc. | The articles Fermiers and Grains that Quesnay published in the Encyclopédie have often been seen as holding a similar status within his economic work, and as representing besides, the early stages of the Tableau œconomique.
