À travers l’histoire de vie et la psychothérapie détaillée des toc d’une patiente de 85 ans suivie en hôpital de jour, l’auteure évalue l’étendue des contraintes et de la souffrance liées au trouble obsessionnel compulsif et tente d’apporter en conclusion des éléments de réflexions pour comprendre l’arrêt de la thérapie. |

| Summary, etc. | Obsessive compulsive disorder is the fourth most frequent anxiety pathology encountered in the elderly population. Its multiple comorbidities make it a psychiatric disorder difficult to treat. At the same time, a minority of old patients consult exclusively for this disorder. Through the anamnesis and the detailed psychotherapy of an 85 year old patient suffering from ocd treated in a day hospital, the author evaluates the extent of the constraints and suffering due to this ocd and tries to conclude with elements of response to explain the end of the therapy. |
