| Summary, etc. | Chaque jour se renouvelle la même performance artistique qui mêle rythmes immuables et improvisations créatives pour construire l’harmonie de la vie. L’auteur montre, en appui sur des observations cliniques, qu’en institution, c’est dans l’intersubjectivité avec les patients psychotiques, blessés dans leur narcissisme, autistes et/ou handicapés, que peut se constituer l’essence thérapeutique des actes quotidiens. Il s’agit d’orchestrer la rencontre, le partage, de tisser les liens sur le canevas de l’ensemble des éléments de la réalité quotidienne, des espaces et des temps de son déroulement. Sur cette trame se dessinent les fonctions corporelles et leurs avatars, articulés avec les mots pour dire les joies et les peines, et les projections imaginaires qui mettent l’avenir en perspective dans la jouissance du présent. |

| Summary, etc. | Every day, the same artistic performance is repeated, combining identical rhythms and creative improvisations in order to build the harmony of life. Based upon clinical observations, the author demonstrates how, in an institution, the heart of everyday life therapy is built upon the intersubjectivity of psychotic, autistic and/or handicapped patients, wounded within their narcissism. It is all a matter of orchestrating the encounters, sharing, and weaving the bonds in order to create the canvas of daily life, the spaces and the times of its progress. It is on this basis that the body functions appear, articulated by words that express joy and pain, and the imaginary projections which put the future in perspective by enjoying the present. |
