| Summary, etc. | En appui sur une étude clinique précise du cas de Matthieu, résident adulte au sein d’un Foyer d’accueil médicalisé, l’auteure met en lumière huit fonctions nécessaires à l’accueil psychique et affectif, au déploiement d’un transfert et à l’ouverture sensorielle sur l’environnement pour ces patients accueillis dans de telles institutions. Partant des théorisations classiques notamment celles de Haag, Winnicott ou Anzieu et celles plus actuelles comme les apports de Delion, Cupa ou de Maldiney, l’auteure explore les points d’articulation entre les fonctions de handling, d’appui auxiliaire, phorique, surmoïque, de pare-excitation, de signifiance, d’inscription… lesquelles permettent toutes d’assurer des rencontres individuelles avec Matthieu, d’accueillir la manifestation de transferts archaïques et de soutenir sa découverte tactile et visuelle de l’environnement. L’auteure discute également de la fonction du travail collectif transdisciplinaire dans ce contexte clinique. |

| Summary, etc. | Based upon the detailed clinical description of Matthieu, a adult resident of a medicalized foster home, the author highlights eight necessary functions for the psychological and affective fosterling, the development of transference and sensorial opening to the environment. Based upon classical theories such as those of Haag, Winnicott or Anzieu as well as more recent ones from Delion, Cupa and Maldiney, the author of this article explores the binding between handling, auxiliary support, phoric function, superego, protective shield… All these functions ensure individual encounters with Matthieu but also the opportunity to welcome archaic transference and sustain his physical and visual discovery of his environment. The author also discusses the role of multidisciplinary work in this clinical situation. |
