| Summary, etc. | Dans un évitement de la réalité psychique que dictent l’urgence comportementale et spectaculaire du symptôme, mais aussi le surinvestissement de la perception et diverses modalités de l’externalisation, patients et cliniciens peuvent se trouver comme privés de leurs ressources représentationnelles pour penser l’anorexie et les conflits internes qui la sous-tendent. Les actions psychiques qui convoquent le jeu, le déplacement en diverses scènes, l’objectalisation et la sexualisation sont ici décrites. À travers deux exemples cliniques, diverses manifestations d’une insupportable intériorité seront évoquées avant d’envisager les voies analysantes et soignantes d’un retour vers « l’intérieur », d’une associativité retrouvée qui brise l’univoque du symptôme, ouvre une scène pour le sexuel et la diversité de ses conflits. |

| Summary, etc. | In an avoidance of psychic reality dictated by the spectacular behavioral emergency of the symptom, but also by the over-investment of perception and various modalities of externalization, patients and therapists can find themselves deprived of their representational resources needed for understanding anorexia and the internal conflicts that underlie it. The mental activities that give rise to play, displacement into various scenes, objectification and sexualization are described here. Through two clinical situations, various demonstrations of an unbearable interiority will be mentioned, followed by an account of analysis and treatment that involve a return toward the “internal,” the rediscovery of an associative space breaking the unequivocal of the symptom, opening up a stage on which sexuality and its diverse conflicts can appear. |
