| Summary, etc. | L’auteure présente dans cet article un groupe de parole sur la vie du service mis en place auprès de préadolescents et d’adolescents au sein d’une unité d’hospitalisation en pédopsychiatrie. En se référant à la psychothérapie institutionnelle, ce groupe vise à élaborer la relation soignants-soignés. L’article relate la façon dont le groupe se propose de contenir les excitations pulsionnelles de ces jeunes patients, d’accueillir et de transformer leurs projections sur le dispositif de soin et enfin de préparer leur départ de l’unité. L’accueil de leur parole et la proposition de se mettre dans une position active de verbalisation des conflits tentent ainsi de prévenir les passages à l’acte pendant ce temps d’hospitalisation. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article, the author presents a discussion group for adolescents and pre-teenagers on the life of the unit of a child psychiatric hospital. Based upon institutional psychotherapy, this discussion group aims at improving the care-givers/care-receivers relationship. The article describes the way in which the group offers containment for the driving impulses of these young patients, helping them welcome and transform their projections on the care disposal and help prepare their departure from the hospitalization unit. Welcoming their speech and offering an active position, but also expressing the conflicts helps prevent breaking out during their hospitalization. |
