| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article, est examiné le fonctionnement de l’auteure comme animatrice de groupes cliniques d’analyse des pratiques professionnelles au regard des notions respectives de contre-transfert et de contre-attitudes, et plus largement, en lien avec la question du champ au sein d’un espace groupal et de ses transformations. Est soulignée la proximité de base du dispositif proposé par l’auteur avec le dispositif imaginé par Michaël Balint pour faire élaborer aux professionnels leur « contre-transfert », au sens où cet auteur le décrivait. Puis est montré en quoi ce dispositif peut être considéré comme un dispositif clinique au sens de René Roussillon et peut être qualifié de dispositif à médiation. Enfin sont interrogés certaines de ses spécificités en lien avec la position psychique de l’animatrice en séance, en faisant appel plus particulièrement aux réflexions de Sophie de Mijolla, Michel de M’Uzan et Antonino Ferro. |

| Summary, etc. | This article examines the author’s work as a facilitator of clinical professional practice analysis groups with regard to the respective notions of counter-transference and counter-attitudes and, more broadly, related to the notion of ‘field’ within a group space and its transformations. An underlining is made on the basic proximity between the device proposed by the author and the device devised by Michael Balint to make professionals develop their ‘counter-transference’, in the sense in which the author described it. Then is shown how this device can be considered as a clinical device in the sense of René Roussillon and can be described as a mediated device. Finally, some of its specificities are discussed in relation to the psychic position of the facilitator during the session, with particular reference to the reflections of Sophie de Mijolla, Michel de M’Uzan and Antonino Ferro. |
