Elle relève de surcroît du défi éthique de la distinction du mort et du vif lorsqu’elle est pratiquée chez un patient en état de coma, comme dans le cas présenté ici.C’est pourtant le pari fantastique d’équipes médicales hautement technicisées. En s’appuyant sur une longue expérience clinique et psychanalytique en service de réanimation et chirurgie cardiaque, l’auteur explore quelques-uns des enjeux fantasmatiques et métapsychologiques du difficile travail psychique auquel sont confrontés tous les protagonistes d’une telle aventure. |
