| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’auteur part de cette interrogation fréquente des étudiants en psychologie clinique : « Qu’est-ce qui fait qu’il y a, ou non, rencontre clinique ? » Celle-ci le conduit à éclaircir ce qui constitue la part de « l’art » thérapeutique en psychothérapie. Partant du postulat hippocratique « qu’entre tous les arts, c’est celui du médecin qui est le plus éminent » puis de l’interprétation qu’en fait Balint pour fonder son fameux dispositif de groupe visant à développer « la sensibilité croissante et le talent thérapeutique du soignant », l’auteur propose d’adopter une « attitude phénoménologique ». Celle-ci éclaire, dans la continuité des avancées opérées par les concepts psychanalytiques de « contre-transfert » et de « position active » du praticien, les sources motionnelles du talent thérapeutique. Il s’ensuit une « analyse d’essence » de la rencontre clinique. Ce travail convoque le concept phénoménologique « d’espace thymique » (Binswanger, 1932) pour dégager les trois dimensions (topique, dynamique et économique) d’une « méta-rencontre » qui se présenterait comme la condition nécessaire pour que la rencontre clinique puisse advenir dans le dispositif psychothérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | The author is interested in a question frequently asked by students of clinical psychology : « What makes – or not – a clinical encounter ? » This question leads her to clarify what constitutes the part of the therapeutic « art » in psychotherapy. Starting from the Hippocrate’s premise that says « among all the arts, the art of doctor is the most prominent » and from the Balint’s therapeutic group that develops « the growing sensitivity and the therapeutic talent of caregivers », the author proposes to adopt a « phenomenological attitude ». It highlights the motional sources of the therapeutic talent, in continuity with the last knowledges made by the psychoanalysis concerning the « counter-transference » and the « active position » of the analyst. It follows an « analysis of essence » of the clinical encounter. This work requires the phenomenological concept of « thymic space » (Binswanger, 1932) to generate the three dimensions (topics, dynamic and economic) of a « meta encounter ». This last one would be the necessary condition for the clinical encounter could happen in psychotherapy. |
