Le rêveur emporte dans son sommeil tout un matériel, parmi lequel des éléments récents glanés dans la journée, dont va se servir l’inconscient pour apaiser les tensions, reprendre et questionner l’histoire du sujet, choisir les solutions, aborder les problèmes… Entre idées fortuites et représentations non liquidées, ces éléments diurnes fournissent au rêve ses constituants dans une logique de récit inscrite ou non dans un cadre thérapeutique. Ainsi, le ressort exploratoire et thérapeutique du rêve n’est pas uniquement sous-jacent au transfert dans un cadre clinique mais une méthode possible dans la vie quotidienne pour aboutir à ses propres mouvements inconscients. |
