| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de la peur de la violence à l’accueil dans un établissement de protection juridique de majeurs. Le travail mené avec les acteurs dans le cadre méthodologique d’une intervention psychosociologique clinique met en évidence la construction organisationnelle et institutionnelle de la peur de la violence éprouvée par les agents d’accueil à l’annonce du projet de retrait des vitres des guichets. Deux hypothèses sur sa genèse interne sont proposées : le déni de la demande du public de reconnaissance et de relation qui dépasse l’objet du besoin ; le traitement passé de la violence par des aménagements matériels qui réifient la pensée collective et empêchent la constitution d’un contenant institutionnel. Le concept d’oscillation métaphoro-métonymique (Rosolato) éclaire la relance du processus collectif de pensée dans l’intervention. |

| Summary, etc. | This article discusses the fear of violence in the reception area of an establishment for the legal protection of adults. The work carried out with the actors in the methodological framework of a clinical psychosociological intervention highlights the organizational and institutional construction of the fear of violence felt by reception personnel when the plan to withdraw the reception counter security glass was announced. Two hypotheses concerning its internal genesis are put forward: first, a denial of the public’s demand for recognition and the relationship that exceeds the object of need; and second, the past treatment of violence by means of material modifications which reify collective thinking and prevent the constitution of an institutional container. The concept of metaphoro-meonymic oscillation (Rosolato) throws light on the resumption of the collective process of thinking in interventions. |
