| Summary, etc. | Au Maroc, la crise sanitaire, provoquée par la covid-19, a révélé une fracture numérique quant à l’usage du digital dans les administrations publiques. Ce constat a obligé ces administrations à la mise en place de prestations digitales à la disposition des citoyens marocains afin de garantir la continuité des services publiques et aussi pour se moderniser. Cette étude met en lumière le processus inédit de la digitalisation de la CNSS. Les résultats montrent que ce processus digital a connu un grand succès auprès des usagers qui se présente comme un modèle à suivre pour les autres établissements publics. |

| Summary, etc. | In Morocco, the health crisis caused by Covid-19 has revealed a digital divide in the use of digital tools in public administrations. This finding has forced these administrations to set up digital services available to Moroccan citizens in order to guarantee the continuity of public services and also to modernize. This study highlights the unprecedented process of digitalisation of the CNSS. The results show that this digital process has been a great success with users and now presents itself as a model to be followed by other public establishments. |
