| Summary, etc. | À partir d’une pratique clinique en centre pénitentiaire, nous entrerons dans les coulisses d’une thérapie de radicalisation. L’article développe la méthode de prise en charge, les éléments qui ont été observés lors de ces entretiens mais aussi une analyse de la dynamique psychique du patient. Ce matériel clinique apportera une réflexion nouvelle concernant ces nouveaux processus contemporains à versants sectaires et religieux. À ce jour, il n’existe aucun témoignage rédactionnel concernant l’accompagnement thérapeutique de sujets radicalisés ayant commis des passages à l’acte. Cette première tentative, telle une ébauche, tente d’apporter de nouvelles considérations théoriques et cliniques corrélées à un nouveau dispositif de soin et de prise en charge auprès de ces profils psychologiques particuliers. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on clinical experience in a correctional center, this article takes a closer look at psychotherapy with a prisoner, incarcerated after having committed acts of terrorism. It expands on the method of patient care used, different elements observed during the course of the sessions, as well as giving an analysis of the patient’s psychological dynamics. This clinical material could help raise a new perspective around modern sectarian and religious movements. At the moment, no other written testimony relating to therapeutic support of radicalized individuals exists. This first attempt tries to bring into account new clinical and theoretical correlations, while relating to a newfound health-care and support plan alongside particular psychological profiles. |
