| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente un dispositif thérapeutique original pour les auteurs de violences sexuelles. Il est issu d’une expérience initiée en milieu hospitalier, qui s’est réinventée pour notamment s’adapter aux contraintes de la pratique hors institution. Après une brève exploration de la littérature portant sur les thérapies dites « combinées », nous présenterons les particularités du dispositif proposé : une « psychothérapie mixte » alliant entretiens individuels et sessions de groupe, où l’un des thérapeutes a la fonction de « fil rouge ». Un cas clinique montrera en quoi l’ emboîtement de ces deux espace-temps est mobilisateur, favorisant notamment la mise au jour d’expériences traumatiques jusqu’alors « oubliées ». Enfin, les auteurs proposeront la notion de « transvasement » pour décrire le processus de potentialisation qui se déploie entre, à travers et au-delà des scènes individuelle et groupale. |

| Summary, etc. | This article introduces a new therapy for violent sexual offenders. It began as an experiment in a hospital setting, and has since been adapted to comply with the constraints on practice outside of institutions. It is an example of a blended therapy, alternating between individual and group sessions, throughout which one of the therapists functions as the “common thread.” A clinical case illustrates how the interlocking of the two modalities acts as a catalyst, recovering “forgotten” traumatic experiences. Finally, the authors describe the process of potentiation that unfolds between, through, and beyond the individual and group sessions, which they refer to as “transfer.” |
