| Summary, etc. | Les autrices s’arrêtent sur trois temps différents de l’histoire d’un groupe thérapeutique de patients délinquants sexuels. En parallèle, elles se questionnent sur leur de travail en cothérapie. Pour survivre à la destructivité psychique émanant de cette clinique, elles travaillent leur contre-transfert à l’épreuve de leur altérité.Leurs réflexions s’étayent également sur l’introduction de médias (images, photos) destinés à soutenir l’énonciation subjective de leurs patients, mais aussi sur les réunions d’équipe en tant qu’espace de transformation psychique et de mise en liens.Cet article témoigne des effets émanant des échanges entre participants d’un même groupe, des effets émanant de la dynamique de travail entre deux thérapeutes animatrices de groupe et enfin, de l’élaboration faite en équipe, entre les différents thérapeutes individuels et de groupe. Le travail entre pairs mobilise de multiples processus de différenciation et d’individuation. Projection, conflictualité, altérité et bisexualité psychique seront systématiquement mises en tension sur les différents plans, comme en miroir, pour réintroduire du jeu là où le relationnel est en souffrance. |

| Summary, etc. | The authors focus on three different moments in the history of a therapeutic group for sex-offender patients. At the same time, they question the way they work in co-therapy. To survive the psychic destructiveness emanating from this clinical work, they work on their countertransference, putting their otherness to the test.Their reflections are also based on the introduction of media (images, photos) designed to support their patients' subjective enunciation, as well as on team meetings as a space for psychic transformation and bonding.This article bears witness to the effects of exchanges between participants in the same group, the effects of the work dynamics between two group therapists, and, finally, the elaboration carried out as a team, between the various individual and group therapists. Working with peers mobilizes multiple processes of differentiation and individuation. Projection, conflictuality, otherness, and psychic bisexuality are systematically brought into tension on different levels, as if in a mirror, to reintroduce play where relationships are suffering. |
