| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article retrace une expérience clinique dans une famille de « Petits Blancs » à l’île de La Réunion mettant en évidence la complexité qu’impose le contexte historique, écologique, économique, et de multiculturalisme qui influe sur la santé du nourrisson, du jeune enfant, et sur la relation parents-enfants. Une consultation thérapeutique à domicile improvisée met en évidence les difficultés de méthode d’évaluation psychologique, d’accompagnement de la relation mère-enfant, famille-enfant, auxquelles sont confrontés les praticiens de la petite enfance. L’esquisse d’une clinique anthropologique contextualisée à domicile comme méthode est mise en évidence dans une perspective de prévention de santé mentale et est discutée avec ses limites. |

| Summary, etc. | This article relates a clinical experiment in a familiy of « Little Whites » underscoring the complexity imposed by the historical, ecological, economic and multicultural context which has an influence on the health of the infant, the young child and the parent-child relationship. An improvised therapeutic consultation in the home underlines the difficulties involved in the psychological evaluation method and accompaniment in the mother-child, family-child relationship faced by practitioners of infancy. The outline of an anthropological contextual clinic in the home is underscored in a perspective of protection of mental health and is discussed with its limits. |
