| Summary, etc. | Une revue de la littérature met en évidence que la question de l’échec est relativement marginalisée dans le champ de la clinique psychanalytique et plus encore dans celui de la clinique des interventions et supervisions institutionnelles. L’article se propose d’en ressaisir les raisons. Il propose l’hypothèse centrale selon laquelle l’échec constitue une forme princeps de négativité et, partant, se voit contre-investi, notamment en une période culturelle privilégiant la réussite et l’excellence. En appui sur différentes configurations cliniques issues d’interventions institutionnelles conduites dans des institutions soignantes, l’article montre que différentes modalités de négativité se logent dans ce qui est recouvert par le terme englobant d’« échec ». L’échec prenant ainsi, dans la clinique, les significations extrêmement différentes de symptôme, de moment transitionnel ou enfin de situation d’anéantissement. |

| Summary, etc. | Institutional interventions and supervision facing failureHaving stressed how the question of failures in the psychoanalytical field is largely passed over, the present article aims to characterise and identify the underlying causes of such setbacks that can be encountered when implementing analysis of professional practices ( app) or team supervision provisions in specialised institutions or services with a care-oriented vocation. It then goes on to differentiate these failures and proposes a way to model them. The argument, based on considerable experience as a practitioner in such institutions specialised in the psychiatric, medical-social and social field, is an extension of a metapsychology that attempts to again grasp the interferences existing between psychological spaces and the changes currently under way in the social metaframework. |
